Hunt trophy mule deer on sprawling ranch near Hardin, Montana |

|
This hunt is offered by one of our favorite hunt providers on what might be the finest trophy mule deer ranch in Montana. The property covers 140,000 deeded acres east of Billings, and the entire ranch is deer habitat. You can see hundreds of deer in irrigated alfalfa fields, but big bucks are spread throughout the ranch. Hunting pressure is as light as you'll find on any North American mule deer property with only four to eight hunters a year (two 1x1 or four 2x1 hunters at a time). You can hunt during the rut in November and can afford to be selective. You'll hunt on a sprawling 120,000-acre ranch near Hardin, Montana. The hunt provider said hunters see lots of 150 to 180-class bucks during the early part of November and some 170 to 200 class animals in late November. This will be his fourth season on the property. Accommodations are in a 12-bedroom six-bathroom guest lodge.
