Whitetail deer hunts in Kansas
Bucks in Kansas tend to grow bragging-size racks because there is plenty of feed, deer are not usually overpopulating the habitat, and a great deal of open land, especially crop land, forces deer to move in narrow bands of cover during November archery and December rifle seasons. Applications are due June 2 this year. There are no longer transferable landowner permits in Kansas. If somebody offers you a landowner permit, do not accept unless you're a family member. We have worked with some of our Kansas outfitters for many years, and our customers have had some excellent success.
